Your board moves to Free. Everything you wrote stays exactly where it is and stays editable, however much of it there is. You just cannot add more until you are under the Free limits or you subscribe.
No. Nothing is asked for and nothing renews on its own. If you never subscribe, the two weeks simply end.

Within 14 days, yes, by email, and you do not have to give a reason. The full refund policy is short.
No. One subscription covers everyone in a workspace. Per-seat pricing punishes you for bringing in the people you need.
It is per workspace, though. If you keep separate workspaces, say one for your own work and one for a client, each is its own subscription.
