Who you are agreeing with

Brassdeck is operated by ScaleWise VA LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Where these terms say "we" or "us", that is the company.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. You can reach us at hello@brassdeck.com about anything on this page.

What you can expect

Brassdeck is provided as it is. The service may become unavailable, lose features, or change over time. Availability is not guaranteed, and you should keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. Backups may exist, but they are not a guarantee that your data can always be recovered.

What is yours

Everything you write in Brassdeck remains yours. Using Brassdeck does not transfer ownership of your content. Your content is used to provide the service, including storing it, displaying it to you, and displaying it to people you deliberately share it with. Your content is not used to train AI models operated by Brassdeck.

What is expected of you

• Maintain only one account for yourself, and use an email address you control.
• Do not use Brassdeck to store or send anything unlawful.
• Do not use Brassdeck to harass or abuse others through sharing or other features.
• Do not attempt to access another person's workspace or data.
• Do not use the service in a way that intentionally degrades its availability or performance for others.
• You are responsible for who you provide your sharing links to.

Ending your account

You can stop using Brassdeck at any time and request deletion of your account and its contents. When an account is suspended for violating these Terms, access to the workspace may be disabled. Suspension does not by itself delete the workspace or its contents.

If your account is suspended, we will notify you at the email address associated with your account and, where applicable, provide a way to retrieve your data.

Changes to these Terms

If these Terms change in a material way, we will notify you by email at the address associated with your account before the changes take effect.
